Rochester Qjet Bolts and washers for 69?

The two large bolts (not the studs) that hold the carb on the intake use washers. Is this correct? There was no comment about the washers on my regional judging sheets from 2 years ago.

My 69 427/390has factory AC, so I also have a solenoid with bracket.

No washers listed in the 1969 AIM for Q-Jet mounting on 350 or 427.

Yes, there were FOOLISHLY no washers originally used. This ALWAYS results in serious galling of the carburetor's air horn. I add washers, albeit an incorrect configuration. Use HARDENED flatwashers.
