It's that small duck bill outer part of the bracket We think it is RP 358?? maybe 35888. See old discussion , ( https://www.forums.ncrs.org/showthre...-choke-linkage ) to see the part we are looking at.Dale

The bracket which retained the choke vacuum unloader was never available separately from the choke bracket assembly. The part number for the 1968 L-36-only choke bracket assembly was GM #7036368. It was discontinued in February, 1974 (i.e. almost 40 years ago!!) and replaced by GM #7042363. The latter was discontinued without supercession in October, 1977.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Joe---
Thanks for the response. What I'm trying to find is the small stamped number on the component bracket of the GM 7036368. We have the first three digits and need to confirm the last two Rochester numbers as being 88.
