Ed Welburn's lack of knowledge about early Corvettes is very surprising. Especially since he probably knew that he was going to be talking to Jay Leno.

It was not painted red for the movie they used a filter to make it red.

If Ed had brushed up on his Corvette history, he could have corrected Jay when he said that the 63 F I had 375 Horse Power. We all know that it was 360 H.P. The 64 was the first year for 375 H. P.
