65 coupe top flight wheel/tire deduction

I currently have the o.e. steel wheel with o.e. spinner style hub caps riding on bias ply period correct tires with the goldline sidewalls. I'm sure it's going to be a deduction for the tires, but would it be a bigger deduction if I installed aftermarket repros of the bolt on knock off's with radial tires?
    Thanks

check the current judging manual - IMO the oe wheels/hubcaps/repo bias tires will score higher than k/o's and radials. don't forget wheel weights and valve stem caps for either combination - on another note there are far more C2's out there with k/o's and sidepipes than ever left St Louis -

Thanks I just found out about the caps & weights from surfing around vet web sites, I always liked the look of the side exhaust but my current car has original rear exhaust which is starting to grow on me, I think with all the side exhaust cars the trend may go the other way and rear exhaust may get harder and harder to find ?

I'm with Carl, you'll do better with bias tires, hubcaps and steel wheels. Some points are easy to get (or lose). Be sure to have the correct valve stem length (2" I believe) and valve stem cap. Wheel weights is another.....easy points.

Wheel weights for steel wheels are easy points. If you find the correct wheel weights for KO wheels let me know, I've been looking for then for years and they just don't exist or there haven't been any come up for sale. I need two sets for my cars with original KO's.
