75 gas tank shield

Slowly taking apart the 75 convert. Front end is off. Back end off. Dropped the tank and shield. I cant really tell how the shield was finished. It looks like black paint? Anyone know for sure. Also, I wasn't planning on a body off project, but it needs fuel lines, and I am replacing the radiator, and the #4 body mounts are rusted out.......

Yes,
Glued to the top of the shield on the left front. Pretty faded and fragile. Cant get a lot of info from it. I found a good one on line to compare so I can decipher about 50%
