Technical FAQ Sticky Time?

There have been so many times many of us have mentioned we would like to have a FAQ Sticky Thread here on the TDB.

I think we're overdue. I'd like to make this a official request for a sticky thread up top here on the TDB with technical info, common issues, links to specs(like gmheritage.com for Info Kits), links to informative threads, etc.

I would be willing to help update and/or maintain this TFAQ(i just made that up) Sticky if someone asked me to.
