    Water Pump for '82

The water pump on my 1982 has gone bad (It's 31 years old so this is not a shock). What is a good source for a rebuilt unit and/or have the original rebuilt?

    Thanks

Bill Mock and he can be contacted through the members list of this board. If yours is original to the car, I'd suggest having it rebuilt. Just about any original-type waterpump for your application is going to be a rebuilt unit so why not have your original rebuilt?

By the way, the 1971-82 waterpumps with 3/4" shaft are usually much longer-lived than the 1955-70 with 5/8" shaft.
