Luk Clutch Kit with Ceramic bearing?

Getting ready to install the Luk clutch kit in my 70.

The Throw Out Bearing is plastic/ ceramic where the bearing attaches to the fork.

Any thoughts on whether to use this bearing or look for another all metal bearing?

This has been discussed before (many times). Check archives for details. Although the LUK bearing should be fine, many (most) folks I know purchase a metal bearing. Part numbers etc in the archives.

I've used the composite one included in the kit on several cars. Never had a problem with any of them.

I researched the archives and saw the comments. Just looking for a little reassurance. I am doing all this work on my back with a bad arm.
