Radiator/shroud/support installation
Today I reinstalled the radiator, support and shroud on my '69 small block. There have been many threads on this topic and many members who had difficulty. I decided to try to assemble all three together outside the car and lower the whole assembly in one piece. With a helper I had the whole thing installed in the car in 5 minutes! What took a little more time was to line up all the bolt holes to fasten the support to the car. The trick was to install the bottom 2 bolts first, tighten them up which drew the support down on the foam strips that were glued to the frame, and then align the side holes. This was very easy and I just took my time. I just thought I would pass this along and maybe it will help someone out.
