Not really a technical post but I wanted to share my experience with all of you. I had the opportunity to spend two days at Spring Mountain this week driving the new 2014 Stingray. I can report that the car was fantastic and does everything it should, and it does it well. Here is a photo tour of my trip for you all to see. Feel free to ask any questions. I will be glad to give you my input. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...1&l=3b943450c6

Very nice spread Tom. Enjoyed looking at all the pics. One question; did you spend any time with the Chevy SS? Just wondered whether it would make a nice family car. Right now I'm looking at the CTS-V, what with the new employee discounts just announced.
Thanks for posting.

Spring Mountain is great, went there in 2012 as part of my ZR1's package, paid for the third day as it was so much fun, well worth it. Ron is a great teacher too. I also took my 2013 Shelby GT350 there after factory delivery in 'Vegas to get her broken in, the place is fantastic and better than Bondurant's, IMO. Congrats on being able to do this, I think all new sports car owners should experience it, makes you a better driver.Big Tanks In the High Mountains of New Mexico- Top

Very nice/interesting post. When we talked in late September, you mentioned that this was coming up. Glad you were able to make it.
I don't have the luxury of a personal test track for my 2011 GS, but have found a few Louisiana backroads that provide an alternative. The GS continues to perform very well. I have also been corresponding with Chris, and he has provided much info and background.
Take care.
