Special thanks to Dave King and his wife along with all the Texas Chapter for a wonderfully done Regional meet. Couldn't have gone better. We all had a wonderful time. Great planning and coordination. They put a lot of work into the meet and their efforts should not go unnoticed. Bravo guys. The charity auction for the beautiful golden retrievers was great, even thought it costs me a few bucks, but all for a wonderful charity. Thanks Dave and all your chapter ....great show....."I'm from Texas, what country y'all from"...I got the last t shirt.......regards ...Ara

+1 from here Ara. I got the first XX Texas T. I wouldn't have missed that for the world. I plan to wear it in the ghetto as soon as the weather warms up here. If by "ghetto" you are referring to our old neighborhoods on the "south side" then I would also suggest a Kevlar vest and a .45ACP.

Either the south or west sides. I am sure those folks will appreciate and honor the Lone Star State.

Tim, was super nice to have met you and I really enjoyed chatting with you and admiring your wonderful car. Thanks for letting me judge it, and thanks for bringing it. The original cars still continue to teach us sooooo much. The judges realize what efforts owners go to when they bring a car to our meets, so we all appreciate all the owners who brought their cars. Tim, please keep in touch. ARA- Top

The Texas Chapter always presents a "Must Attend" meet. This year was no exception. I spent all my time visiting with friends and meeting new friends. Well, most of it. The rest was spent eating

Dick, I thought everything was big in Texas??? The slice of cake just doesn't seem BIG enough. I would have needed something bigger to tickle my taste buds.

Many thanks to the Texas chapter for another really fun and successful weekend at Frisco. It is such a nice facility. Seeing friends is what makes it worth the trip.

Dick, you beat me to the picture! It was a great event. All the cars were very good I especially enjoyed John's Sebring car and Joel's record holder drag car. I was going to bring you some of Nancy's cake but I forgot and ate her's---and you were 3 tables away and after the steak I just couldn't get up---and, since you had a piece waiting for you when you got there I didn't feel too bad.
