I am getting ready to install my 67 coupe rear window. I have looked at all the threads I could find but cannot find a step by step method of doing it. I bought new spacers, clips, screws and butyl rubber roll from L.I. corvette. Can some one direct me to something online that shows me how to do it step by step. Pictures would be very helpful.

The "Corvette Body" section of the 1967 Chassis Service Manual has a very detailed/illustrated procedure on installation of the rear window. Note that GM DID NOT use Butyl strip adhesive for that window - they used Thiokol pumpable adhesive in the 60's, later replaced for the same direct-bonded glass applications by urethane, which is still used today.- Top
