1961 Owner's Guide error - ignition switch light
I had the dash cluster out of my '61 to have the speedometer rebuilt. In the process I checked the instrument lights. I notice on page 82 of the owners manual it lists a #53 bulb for the ignition switch. My '61 ignition switch has no provision for a well light. In the 1953-62 Operations Manual & PV Test Guide, page 36 mentions 1953-1957 Ignition Switch Well Light. There is no mention of it being on a 1961. The Judging guide for 1961-62 also does not mention an ignition well light. I assume the '61 Owners Guide is wrong.
