    C1 generator conversion to alternator

Somewhere in the last week or so I heard about a company that makes an alternator that is physically the same size/shape etc of a C1 generator. My C1 generator/regulator work good but I am interested in this. Anyone know who the manufacturer is? Thanks, Ted

Powermaster makes them. http://www.powermastermotorsports.com/ Unfortunately, due to legal/liability reasons, they won't make one to accept a tach drive.

Ted, I put one of these on my 61; got it from summit racing. one wire, simple to install. works great and the lights don't dim on idle. Don't need the tach, shift by earrrrr! ha!
