    Corvette Concept Cars on Display

We are having the Santa Fe Concorso auto event this weekend. We were fortunate to have GM send their two Corvette concept cars, the Mako Shark and the Manta Ray, to be displayed. There is a special 60th Anniversary Corvette display area with those cars, we also have some C1s and C2s, including a '63 SWC Daytona Blue Z06 small tank car. But alas, we could not get a C7.

Here a couple more pictures with better lighting as the cars were placed on the golf course for the event. Also a picture of Michael Harling's '63 SWC Z06, which came in second to a nice '58 owned by a friend from the local Corvette club.

I saw both last month at the Monterey Sports Car Reunion at Laguna Seca, very glad that I got the chance to see them. And it's great that they're going to other events.

Thanks, they are very unique and interesting, especially the interiors. A very nice event again this year, next year I will put one of my Corvettes in, I used another brand this year.
