1962 Air Cleaner Base Plate

I have an air cleaner base plate that I was told is correct for a 1962 car. It has a 1" centering tang and the service interval is 2,000 miles.

Was this base plate designed to fit the 1962 AFB carb or WCFB carb?

Thanks Bill. The tang should be 1" long; not the entire raised area, just the tallest part of the tang. Yours looks to be 1".

Joe, that is correct...one inch tang for '62 AFB with 8,000 mile servicing, no large AC in a circle but a small AC in second line is circled. Hope this helps.
