Brake apply system questions - '64 C2 w/ power brakes

Hello group,
Can anyone tell me if the following parts were factory installed in '64 on power brake C2's?

An oval shaped, flat fiber gasket between the master cylinder and the vac. booster. This part was installed on manual brake cars between the back of the M/C and the dash. Not sure about P/B cars.

The brake pedal return spring & plastic sleeve & the pedal return rubber bumper.

The factory AIM is not clear, and the various restoration parts supplier catalogues are not in agreement or are ambiguous. Thanks for your help.

As I recall, there was no fiber gasket between the master cylinder and the booster - only a rubber vacuum seal (see photo below).

The brake pedal return spring and sleeve weren't used on J50 cars - the return function was performed by the booster.
