For consumption figures you guys and gals ate a 150 pound pig on Wednesday evening, 450 pounds of shrimp (21-25 count to a pound), 50 pounds of potatoes and 325 pieces of corn on Thursday evening. Judges lunches were New Orleans style poor boy sandwiches of Roast beef, Fried oysters or Fried shrimp. I hope everyone did not gain too much weight.

Hey, guys. Thanks for including the pictures of the murals. A good friend of mine, and fellow Netjets captain, Danny Wiggins painted them. I have no clue why he flies for a living. Way too much talent going to waste.
