    C2 windshield grill screw installation.

    The heads of the screws are bigger than the slots in the grill. This the grill by the windshield washer nozzles. How do you fasten the screws without scratching the paint on the grill? Thank you for any and all replies.

      Sounds like your using incorrect screws. Should be a 'pan head'.....guessing about a size 8, black oxide.
