Need Info from our Mid 90's Corvette Experts on Electrical Connectors

Just got done from draining old gas out of a 94 Camaro LT1. Had to run the fuel pump
w/o engine running. This can be done with the "fuel pump prime connector". Had to use
small alligator clip which did not work to well. Below is a picture of the connector and
I guessing the Corvettes had a similar setup. Does anybody know anything about this
GM connector? It looks to be some type of small spade connector. Does Kent-Moore
or anybody else have a test lead that would hook-up to this connector? Have never seen
one like this. Any Idea's? Please Comment. Larry

I would be real careful running an F-Body fuel pump low on fuel. I had an LT-1 Firebird and I ran out of gas (Don't Ask) and it burned up tank pump. They use the fuel to cool the pump, it's was a real pain to change the pump on those too.

Mike: So noted; this was discussed in a previous thread on the subject.--Larry

Based on what I can see of it in your photos, I believe the connector is a GM #12101850 also known as Delco #PT242.

Joe: I think you hit the nail on the head again; thanks! But how would I find the "Male" counterpart that would fit this connector??

              Update:

Joe: Just found this through google. Would Delco#PT220 GM#12101828 be the male counterpart for the above?? Larry

                Larry-----

As a matter of fact, GM #12101828, aka Delco #PT 220, is the only available connector that MIGHT work with the 12101850. I'm not sure that it will, but it's the only one that might.

I can find no Kent-Moore tool for this application. That's surprising since I would think that this connector, being part of the harness, would necessarily result in there being a tool for use with it. Doesn't the Camaro factory service manual speak to this?

Joe: Went through the Service Manual and no mention of the connector. It does show it in one of their illustrations; but no detail. Thanks Much-Larry
