63 underhood wire routing

I'm a bit puzzled due to the following AIM sheet. The mention a clip (no. 21 and A) and a retainer (no. 26). Is the retainer a black plastic band secured with a screw?

Item 21 is a metal harness clip that is attached to the underside and rear of the hood ledge with bonding adhesive, which got painted as the clip was bonded before paint. Later years were held on with a rivet, which also got painted as the clip was riveted before paint.

Item 26 is the black plastic harness strap. It has a double ended probe. One inserts into a hole in the skirt, the other is what holds the loop to itself. Repros are a hard plastic.

The problem you may encounter is that the holes in the skirt are too big for the pushpin. There was a recent discussion about them loosening and about repro vs originals which were soft and pliable.Just found it.....Here.
