Soft Top C1 1959
It there any way to shrink a top so it fits tighter on the bows, ours flaps a lot when the windows are down, will water on the top and sitting in the sun do it?

Lay a wet towel (not quite so wet that it drips water) on the area you want to shrink. Go over the towel with a hot iron. Make plenty of steam.
The heat from the iron shrinks the vinyl and the water keeps the temperature within safe limits. Don't let the towel get dry or you lose the protection of the water.
