What is the correct part number for a 1957 5 leaf spring? Does 5 leaves mean it is HD like in later C1 springs??

3748143 is the RPO 684 Heavy Duty Suspension option which included Big Brakes in 1957.

The 3748143 5 leaf spring was available OTC until 1967 (?) Check the Julian date.

A lot of 1957's that were hot dogged or raced have additional leaves that were added on by a spring shop.
