C2 door glass problems .,is there

the article in vol.31-#1 of the restorer/by David a Zuberer.It was excellent,I totally re did the 1/4 window's,upper/lower channels,smooth as per the text.The glass travels up and down very well,the problem I have ....The side window does not extend (travel) all the way up,it is aprox.1/4 "from entering the upper channel at the rear of the glass. CAN ANYONE offer a how to ,is there an adjustment I'm missing?? P S getting pretty good at putting the glass in and out. Francis

Francis,

Double check the regulator to be sure that one of the arms where the rollers are may need to be turned 180*.

thanks tim,I checked and double chacked the upper one,never thought about the lower.You are talking about the long horizontal bar that rides on the small rollers,one roller on each end,correct ?.

A friend of mine had the same problem. The glass was reproduction and was cut too short and a bit out of square. The solution was to replace the repop glass or shim the glass as it sits in the channel. My choice would be replace.
