Intake manifold

Okay, I've gotten the intake off, and sent to be reconditioned. Any tricks I should know about on the re-install. I getting a new bypass hose and nipple, a new temp sending unit, will use thin stainless washers and of course a complete gasket set all round. Any other tricks I need to do to have a smooth install?

just be sure to follow correct torque sequence and torque amount and re-torque after a few drives and check coolant level

Why are you replacing the temp sending unit? If it's original, it's likely more accurate than any aftermarket replacement.

Its likely it won't come out in one piece, so I'm prepared to replace. I really don't think it original, but it does work fine. Thanks for the link.
