Re: What happened to Clem ?
An anonymous benefactor was paying Clem's NCRS dues. Clem was not a NCRS member until the TDB was converted to members only. That's when an anonymous benefactor paid his dues.

Re: What happened to Clem ?
It cost $30.00 per year. There is more than one other board, so you guys might want to be a little clearer. I doubt he is on the Corvette Forum as some time ago he had a difference of opinion with a vendor, and that was that. As for that "other" "other" board, with head in its name, I am told.that costs to join, But I don’t know for sure.- Top

Re: What happened to Clem ?
Clem is a life long friend who lives 10 miles from me. He forgot more than most of us know. But he has very thrifty.(polite word)
On the other hand he orderd a 2014 so he ain't poor. Clem used to make my Corvettes scream in the old days. JD- Top

Re: What happened to Clem ?
Clem has been encouraged by several members of that other board to leave them alone as he uses the same language as that Southern Cook used. He won't leave that other board so I and several others left!

Bill,
That is true! One of those was Mike Pillsbury of California! When it came to old race cars Mike was the Encyclopedia! He was my friend and I'll always miss him! Mike could have written volumes of information that would have been the inspiration of restorers worldwide! RIP Mike!
