I have a January 57 car that came with 759 and 760 horns. Seen them advertized for 55-56 chevys. Proteam has 759-760 ad on ebay for 55 -57 vette and chevy. Is 759/760 appropriate for a 57 vette? Thanks, Joe

Re: 1957 corvette horns
Disclaimer words like 'approximately' are used because we really don't know exactly when a given running change was completed. Almost always the factory used up what they had of on-hand parts when the new parts were authorized for use. That typically created a situation where there was a period of time where 'some' cars went out the door with the early parts while others left with the later/newer parts on them. With a 'delta' of 232 cars from Mr. Chesnut's 'approximately', my hunch is that judge who called your car wrong with the older parts would REALLY have to be walking on water and/or filled with infinite wisdom to justify the deduction call...- Top
