Lake Erie Chapter Judging Meet

I finally took the plunge and had my car judged for the first time this weekend at the Lake Erie Chapter Judging Meet. Had a great time, met some great people (Judges included ), and to top it all off they gave me a blue ribbon for participating. (They must have been feeling generous or can't do math very well.) Either way, it couldn't have been a nicer Sunday.

Congrats on the Top Flight, you have a beautiful car. I was judging C2's but did have an opportunity to come over and look at the car. Im glad to see that you decided to come out to the meet and support the LEC chapter. We have some great guys as members and they are always willing to help when needed. Here are a few more shots.

I made your pictures, talking with Adam in red t-shirt in 1st pic, and 3rd from left in the 72 LT-1 pic. (Beautiful 72 LT-1 by the way.)
I live in and am a Pittsburgh Chapter NCRS member, so other than a judging meet I'm not sure how often I'll get up your way.(I guess the 130 mile drive helped in my scoring!) I do plan on coming back next year after a review and repair as needed of the judging sheets.

Hi Mike, You have a very nice car. It shouldn't be too hard to correct some of the point loss areas especially the wayward squirting headlight washer. Thanks for driving it 130 miles to the meet. I hope to see you and your '70 at a regional sometime soon. Terry

Mike, The judges were fair an thorough at the meet. The guy that did the mechanical section is very knowledgable and restored his 71 BB several years ago. You had a great looking car. BTW, we don't give blue ribbons, you earn it. Thanks for bringing the car out.

Mike, nice job, I know that you have put a lot of effort into the blue ribbon, I think it goes to show you just how the info you receive here on the TDB has helped you and members get what they are seeking. Ed
