Hi,

Looking for a picture of what I believe are the two rear parking cable brackets on the rear, lower frame on the driver's side of a '63.

I see where the passenger side cable routes through the lower differential mount. I'm looking for the two cable brackets that are on the driver's side, under the frame.

I have 4 holes under the frame cross-member, which I assume are correct. I also have a large (1-1/2"diameter hole) adjacent to these - for possibly accessing the bracket screws?

Trying to determine if the large hole should be there - its a Dec. '62 car.

Doug, some pics of the cables and clips HERE.

Scroll down and there are some pics showing them. IIRC the bolts just screw into the frame, ie not nuts. 5/6"-18 self tapping.

I don't think any big holes should be there.

Are these clips just bare metal or cad plated?

I have a lot of small pieces to get cad plated. I'm trying to reach a place in Holden, MA that might do those for me. Any other resources?
