Air-cleaner wing nuts
Does anyone have a good, close-up photo of original/correct wing nuts for a 2X4 carb set up on a '57 (245hp)....? I'm not sure that I would recognize an original if I saw one, so a good clear picture would help......Also.... I have heard that the "cast" wing nuts and the chrome stamped steel versions were used "interchangeably" on the assembly line.... Is there any truth to this, or is it another "urban legend".....thanks Garry Eastwood #38705
