1967 Convertible top mounting bolt finish?

I am trying to determine the correct finish for the 4 mounting bolts that secure the convertible top to frame on my 1967 corvette. They are original and lightly rusted. There appears to be a gray phosphate finish when examined under the bolt head and washer areas. I would like to verify this before I refinish them. Thanks to all.

    Charles,
I assume the 4 fine thread bolts securing the folding top to the BODY BIRD CAGE are the ones in question. Yes black or grey phosphate is the correct finish.

Thank you. I saw that Licorvette has the correct bolts black phos, but not grey so I just wanted to check. I was fairly certain they were grey phosphorus.
