66 BB Hood Grill.
I noticed that the (3) small tapped holes in my LH BB hood grill insert have broke through which I suspect was drilled too deep in the manufacturing process?
Although it's not terrible looking, you can still see it from the outside whereas this is not the case with the RH grill which did not break through.
Can I safely assume that original BB hood grill inserts do NOT have the holes breaking through?
Additionally I noticed only (1) retaining bracket for each grill being used in the middle holes only, under the clearance hole in the rain shield which seems logical to me; however, they come in sets of (6) from LIC------- is 6 required?
