69 Wheel well Black out.

I can't believe it but I'm finally about ready to get back at my 69! My first, next step is the wheel well black out process and I was wondering if anyone could give me the latest info on this. From what I remember the John Deere Blitz Black is the color of choice and I should spray them as though I'm in a hurry to get on to the next car! Am I right so far? Does the under coating get put on before or after the blackout? Thanks

The old five ball Krylon semi-flat black is also a good match if you can find it. It's available through industrial coatings outlets.

I have extra cans of the industrial paint. Also I can tell you the proper way of painting the wheel well.
