54 steering colum seal
Does the seal at the firewall go on first then the firewall insulation. Is the seal covered up by the insulation then the plastic cover over the insulation? Seems silly to ask but I thought if the insulation was first it wouldnt be a good seal. Thanks again!

Thanks Peter, it must be nice haveing an un un-restored car. Ill be willing to bet that sponge seal is on the firewall side of the insulation. Thanks for taking the time to do this. Its much appreciated. Mine is just painted and at the buff stage, then its off to the chapel again. Thanks againComment
