Is there a way to tell if, or how many times a speedometer has turned over.

Sometimes when a old GM speedometer goes over a 100,000 the numbers don't line up nice and straight but if it is a C-2 it will break anywhere between 35,000 miles and 70,000 miles if it goes any more then that you are a lucky one. It is hard to tell how many miles are true miles on a C-2.

Mine shows 09545. The car and drive train looks to be undisturbed. All numbers match.
