62 Bumperette and support hardware help? part 1

Hello everyone, looking to get some help and clarify. Any help and input very much appreciated.

Bumperette to support Bracket hardware on 61 & 62's.

The JM states: bumperette fastens to the support with a short front bolt, WB logo and longer rear bolts with no head marks.

So questions:

1)Is this accurate?
2) Have there been any other head marks seen on original cars at this attachment? (such as such as......WB1C, UR, TR, etc etc.....
3) Does this apply to both 61 and 62?
4) If WB, TR, E, T, U, UR & M have all been seen on bumpers and brackets, How can bumperettes to support brackets only have 1 typical headmark.

If judging points are what you are after, you need to follow along with what is written in the manual. If you have reason to believe your car originally came with something different, then take the small deduct for the logo.

I also seem to remember the longer bolt might have been a graded bolt (grade 8?), but I am not positive.
