According to a 1956 parts and assembly, states the front and rear trunk emblem are the same as well as the attacment nuts. Is that correct?

yes the emblems and speed nuts are same front and rear. watch yer fingers if trying to seat the nuts by hand. tools are available top install the nuts without lacerating yer fingers. mike

Jerry, Mike is correct on both counts. Twice I have punctured the end of my finger with those things. I am going to get one of the tools before I touch them again. Steve
