63 convertible vent window seal replacement advice?

So I have the vent windows out of the door and disassembled. I need to know just how hard it is to replace the weatherstrip seals in the forward "V" section of the vent window frame. Replacement of the rear piece on the channel is a no brainer but I can't seem to see just how the rubber is secured in the front "V" section without just digging it out of there.

Any ideas?

The replacement rubber has metal clips which will grip the "U" channel in the vent assembly. If you see the replcaement you can tell how to remove the old ones. I inserted a screw driver and pryied it out. Not very difficult. When installing the new material it may take a little effort to get the rubber completely into the channel.

Tracy, As Bob says not very difficult, I think you'll find the seals will need only minor pushing to insert the clips into frames. The hard part is really setting the frames to the window sealing strips. I put a little lube at the pivot points on the frames.
