    door corner repair

the upper right hand (inside) corner (above latch) on my '71 Ontario Orange (original paint) coupe has a 1/4" triangular chip missing. I'm sure it was caused by closing the door on the upper shoulder belt latch. It can only be seen when the door is open, but it's the driver's door and I see it every time I get in the car. How can I fix it--build up a corner out of JB Weld, take a fiberglass piece from an unseen location on the car and glue it? Any and all advice to help is greatly appreciated. Ric

    Richard,

Don't know where you reside, but I have a great guy here in CT that not only does the repair, but actually restores the grain back in the panel. I can be reached at goduti@att.net. Thanks.

      Rich,
Post a picture. It will give us a better idea on how to advise.
Why not glass it and get a little paint and touch it up.
