65 Turn signal flasher HELP

I have all new wiring harnesses an everything is hooked up and working, My turnsignals however are blinking very fast. I have all new bulbs, and I think it may be the flasher, but I now can't find it. Can anyone tell me where it is located.

It should be attached to a clip located near the top of the left radio side panel.

Jim, thank you I found it, but somehow it was higher up near the heater box.

The repo bulbs may be different then the original check the part numbers on the bulbs. The incorrect bulb will flash too fast when used with a correct flasher.
