Watching the news this morning, I can't imagine the pain being suffered by the people of Moore and the surrounding area.

Moore holds a special place for me, my 66' #20310 was purchased there new in May 1966.

I am hoping that is not too close to Roy or any other members. The video is breath taking; and I can't imagine the fear of facing those irresistible forces of nature.

We had one hit Marion, IL in 1982; did damage to my home. I was Commissioner of Public Health and Safety at the time. I, with my search and rescue team, spent 3 days going through the rubble looking for bodies...we lost 11 people. The power of a tornado is hard to beleive. I could say more, but the loss of 11 people covers it all. God bless Moore, OK.

Having gone through Hurricane Andrew in Miami, which devastated our community, I have the utmost understanding of the pain and suffering that these types of incidents can generate.

May the Lord bless all affected by these circumstances. Count with me if the organization decides to do any type of fund raising.

Glad to here you and your families are OK. I grew up in Tulsa and have been through some of these storms but with only slight damage to my homes. I now live in Ohio.

Can't begin to imagine the loss many have experienced, but now we can help them somewhat. Was glad to hear from Gary Chesnut that he and Norma were OK after tornado took lives in Granbury, TX last week. I made it through a much lesser tornado years ago. A very helpless feeling.
