67 427 hood numerals

Do the 427 hood numerals and the front hood chrome plates crews both have dumb dumb in the underside of the hood screws?

Numerals have them for sure. I have not seen chrome plates but would error on the safe side and include them.67 corvette keith majure 043.jpg

Adding to Keith' point. Considering the "dumb dumb" caulk was installed to eliminate water leaking through at the hood decor holes, logic says all fasteners on the underside of the hood had/have caulk.
Original Corvette worked on here had caulk at the above mentioned fasteners.
