Are this 2 brackets on the radiator support for the drier 64 coupe factory AC

Is this 2 brackets that is welded to the radiator support as you can see on the picture below where you attach the 2 brackets thats goes around the drier on a 64 coupe with factory air condition?
The unoriginal wires was daylight driving lights lamps which i removed right after i bought the car back in 1993

Is one of the hoses from the drier to the condensor supposed to go over the radiator support while the other goes thru the hole in the radiator support?
Like i have tried to show on the 2 pictures below

Claus -- the answer to your brackets question and hose/pipe routing are correct. Pics from my early '65. Cap on Freon return line is to keep moisture/dirt from entering. I've never bothered to get my air conditioning working. The 2 brackets on the rad support are identical.

Roger: here's what my '65 tube routing looks like. Same as '64 I believe.

        Thanks Wayne and Mike
Actually i have not noticed the 2 brackets for the drier on the radiator support before yesterday

I was about to ask about the screws for attaching the drier but i just opened the package with the brackets for the drier and it came with the 2 screws for attaching the drier
I just have to paint the brackets before i put them on the car

I suppose that the drier is supposed to be black as well?

Claus -- yes, gloss black for the drier as well as the straps.

Here's a pic of an NOS drier that I bought in the early '80s. Not painted from GM service. Note also the plastic plug that is present in the sight-glass window (prior to painting), and remains after assembly. (to mostly quote the NCRS '65 TIM&JG, page 127).

Thanks for the help I installed the drier yesterday
Wayne when you have factory AC and not have it working i suppose that everything like the heather works?
            All except for the AC?

Yes; in fact the heater works better, as the fan blows more air than the standard blower. Also, assuming your coolant "water" valve is installed, and hooked up to the vacuum switch, which opens hot flow from the engine to the heater core. [or, just no vac switch at all, so coolant / (heatant) ? flows thru heater core at all times, like a non-AC car.
