Can '64 with AA trim tag have power windows?

According to Authenticational Library publication 490AA seems to exclude power windows. On very early '64 car is this combination possible or would it have to be AD?

490AA would indeed indicate rally red vinyl without either power windows or Powerglide; 490AD would be the correct code if it had only power windows. It could be a plant ECL coding error, or a plant trim tag typo error. 1964 ECL's were quite complex, and errors are not unheard of.
