1969 427/400 Fan Shroud

I found what is supossed to be a NOS Fan Shroud for a 1969 427. The part number on it is 3956119. Is this the correct shroud? The owner said he bought it 20 years ago at a Chevrolet Dealer and it's never been installed. Mine is not terrible but a new one would be nice.

GM #3956119 is the correct shroud for your application. It might differ in minor ways from the original, though. Compare them and see if any differences are acceptable to you.

I got the idea that you already owned the NOS piece. When purchasing, for an NOS example of these you'll need to be "quick on the draw". They're in high demand and usually sell for BIG $$$$. Years ago I saw this coming and purchased several when they were still available from GM [none for sale].
