    Mid Year PB booster...

Any way to keep the plating/finish on the power brake booster fresh looking? I had it replated and rebuilt about 5 years ago. It is now starting to "powder" on the surface. Any tips or preservatives out there?

      Paul:
FWIW I just used "Alumiprep 33" the other day on my brake booster. Mine is also about 5 years from the last replate. Alumiprep 33
is made to clean/freshen aluminum. It seemed to take off some old spots/marks on my bake booster. It is used in the aircraft industry.

        Paul,

If you have the original booster on your 67 does it have the 5867 stamp and a DATE stamp on the other tab?
