    1972 LT1 Lower Radiator Hose

Can someone give me a part number and where to buy a 1972 LT1 Lower Radiator Hose. I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find it. Is the same hose used on other models? Thanks in advance. Jim

The hose you seek is GM #3946854. It's GM-discontinued but you can get a reproduction from Dr. Rebuild and other Corvette parts suppliers. Dr. Rebuild might even have some NOS GM if that appeals to you.

Be careful what you buy. I bought one last year from the doc. It is a GM hose, but is stamped into the hose made in mexico. I ultimately found an old nos hose on fleabay.

Many GM hoses are now made in Mexico.

I have no problem with the made in mexico. The problem is it is stamped into the hose and you cannot remove it. I got dinged on it in judging last year.
