    I have seen numerous initials, names, or I.D. markings all related to the person who rebuilt the engine. Most of all the above flies with me.

        I agree with Mike Ernst. The pad looks completely original except for the BAKER characters almost certainly added as some sort of indentifier by a machine shop.
