    '67 Transmission tunnel insulation

I am replacing the tattered, old insulation on the underside of the tranny tunnel, what glue works best here to glue the new piece in? Thanks for any tips.

I used a few globs of "Liquid Nails" along with the original clips. It worked great.

If your clips are good no need for glue and the extra work.

Glue was used in addition to the clips when it was installed at the factory. The top portion of the insulation will eventually sag down if some sort of adhesive is not used. The A.I.M specifies the use of 3 oz. of cement per car.

Thanks all for the tips, and yes my "clips" are hardly there, had to get new ones but the original insulation obviously had glue in several places.
