The AC CV775C, aka GM #6487945, was recently discontinued but there should still be some around. There are a few on eBay right now, one of which is linked below.

As far as the "yellow top" goes, that may have been a feature of original valves. If SERVICE valves were ever so-configured, it's been a LONG time since that ceased. The valve pictured below is quite old stock.
